See the top 10 highest-paid CEOs in Mass., according to the Boston Business Journal

The highest-paid CEO in Massachusetts took in more than $35 million in compensation last year.

Boston Business Journal released their list of the 25 highest-paid CEOs in the state on Thursday.

Chewy CEO Sumit Singh took the number one slot, raking in more than $35 million in compensation last year. 

The list of CEOs cover multiple industries. Biotech CEOs account for nearly half of the list, including the majority of the top 10 highest-paid chief executives for companies in the state.

Boston Business Journal also charted the median compensation pay for CEOs in the past decade. In 2014, the median pay was just over $12 million. In 2024, it is now nearly $19 million, the outlet found.
