Tell us: Are you a super commuter?

The number of super commuters in the nation is rising, and if you are one of them, we want to know what it's like.

Did you know that data from the US Census Bureau shows that 3.7 million Americans super commute every day in the United States? And, the number is growing every day.

If you’re taking long trips to and from your workplace everyday — think 90 minutes or more each way — then you’re among that group.

High housing initially drove more people to live further away from their jobs and the practice became more widespread during the pandemic as hybrid work made part-time super commuting more feasible.

As the super commuter trend catches on, we want to understand what would make someone travel such long distances for work. If you are someone living in the Greater Boston area and you commute to work every day, we want to hear your story.
