Zach Bryan may be one of Duxbury’s newest residents
The singer-songwriter appears to have purchased a $7.5 million home in the seaside town earlier this year.
After Zach Bryan delivered his performance at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday night, he may have gotten a rare opportunity for musicians on the road like himself: a chance to sleep in his own bed.
The “Pink Skies” singer, now touring behind last year’s self-titled release, appears to have purchased a historic five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom colonial built in 1904 along Duxbury’s idyllic coast in April for $7.5 million.
Agents involved in the transaction would not comment to Boston.com, but files with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds show the home sold on April 8 to BASP MA LLC.

The real estate investment company registered in Massachusetts just weeks before the closing and lists “Zachary L Bryan” as one of its managers in records kept by the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Office.
Bryan, 28, who grew up in Oklahoma, and his girlfriend, Brianna LaPaglia, 25, have also taken to social media to show off their new digs.
The house is the backdrop to several recent TikTok and Instagram videos posted by LaPaglia, a Massachusetts native and Barstool Sports podcast host also known as “Chickenfry.”
In one clip, LaPaglia can be seen lounging on the property’s private dock that jets out into Duxbury Bay.
“See why I never want to go back to New York?” she says, as she moves the camera around to bring the horizon and some lobster traps into frame. “Does it make sense now?”
Another video features LaPaglia using the home’s elevator to go upstairs, and uploads from Bryan himself in recent weeks show the singer playing piano in the home’s sunroom, including one posted on X on Sunday with the caption: “rainy day on the coast after a hell of a week.”
A description of the home from South Shore Sotheby’s International Realty describes an “iconic waterfront property situated on 1.01 beautifully manicured acres with boat house and private pier overlooking Duxbury Bay in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Duxbury.”

According to the description, the home features four levels, 12 rooms, and more than 5,500 square feet.
Bryan, who is scheduled to return to Foxborough for a second show on July 17, has enjoyed a devoted fanbase since the release of his debut album, “DeAnn” in 2019.
But the U.S. Navy veteran pierced a new echelon of fame last year with the release of his fourth studio album, “Zach Bryan,” buoyed by “I Remember Everything,” a duet track featuring fellow country singer-songwriter, Kacey Musgraves. (His fifth album, “The Great American Bar Scene,” is due out Thursday.)
Even so, he’s hardly the first rock star to make Duxbury an adopted home.
Joe Perry, the Aerosmith guitarist, owned a sprawling seven-acre estate known as Brook Haven Farm, from the 1980s until March 2022, when the 7,000 square-foot mansion was under agreement with a new buyer. The asking price was $4.5 million at the time.
