On the court, Derrick White is the Celtics’ do-everything guard, as likely to can a 3-pointer as he is to lock down Kyrie Irving or block the shot of a 7-footer.

Off the court, White is an an affable pitch man, endorsing brands from Samuel Adams to Culture Pop soda.

In a commercial for the Boston Beer Co. released ahead of Friday’s Celtics championship parade, White “buys” his own duck boat and tests out the amphibious vehicle during a drive through the city.

Among the Boston phrases White uses while driving are “I’m banging a U-ey, kid” and “The Pike is a friggin’ pahking lot,” though thankfully, it does not appear White took the vehicle onto I-90. At one point, though, he does submerge the vehicle in the Charles River, a part of the actual Boston Duck Tours route tourists take around the city. There, he feeds several ducks named after his teammates.
